Shipping & Delivery

LOVEABOX does ship internationally. For local customers, your order will be shipped via Poslaju and we only use EMS for international orders for now. The shipping charges will be changing each month depending on the total weight of the box (including the contents inside).
Before our boxes are shipped, each box is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. Boxes will be shipped towards the end of the month.
1. Order is placed. 
2. Items are carefully picked. 
3. Items are packed and ready to be shipped. 
4. Boxes are shipped. You'll receive your tracking number after your box is shipped. 
Please take note that your receipt is sent via email, and not included within the parcel. All orders will be sent to the shipping address that you provide at checkout. Tracking number with details on how to track your box’s progress will be emailed to you.
The shipping cost will be provided to you at the end of your checkout page but hereby we include a shipping rate table (excluding surcharge and Value Added Tax (VAT) for international shipping) for your guide ;-

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local and import duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact the delivery company or your local customs office for more information.

As the recipient, you are liable for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. The same shipping cost will be issued to you for a re-delivery attempt and if you fail to make the payment within 7 working days, the parcel won't be delivered to you anymore.
