Return & Exchange Policy

We are only able to provide refunds for your purchases in limited circumstances. Great care is taken to ensure that all of the boxes are packaged carefully and arrives directly to you in a perfect condition. Credits or exchanges are offered in certain circumstances where reasonable but do contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.

It will be compensated by the delivery company if the fault is on them.

If the recipient doesn't follow the Domestic Import tax law and the parcel is returned, all returning and additional shipping cost should be paid by the customer. The first shipping cost you paid is not refundable.

After your order is shipped, some minor deformation or damage of the contents might be caused by the impact of Customs procedures and Delivery process such as small scratches or package deformation, etc. In this case, the refund is not available as long as the contents are still usable.

  •  If your product is defective, we will proceed with the return process after checking the picture and conditions of the product you had received. Please do not return the products to us yet until we have reviewed your request.
  • For us to provide you proper resolution, please save the boxes, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by us.
  • Send us the required pictures and if we allow you for a return, you may return the defective product to us. Once the defective item with us, we will check it once again whether the item returned is damaged or not. If there would be no inconsistencies found, we reserve a right to not refund you and charge you to recover our fees and expenses. If the item is indeed damaged, we will issue a refund to you via PayPal transfer.

Please contact us by email at return@loveabox.com with a "Request for Return" before returning anything to us.  Please note that return is only for defective or damaged item(s) and not for the whole box. After negotiation of the return procedure details such as shipping cost responsible side and any other charges; we will give you instructions on how to return the item(s) back to us. Please pack the item(s) carefully to avoid further damage.

The item(s) must be resent to us within 7 days after the Delivery Date.

We are unable to provide the refund until we have received the item(s) back.

Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were delivered to you otherwise we reserve a right to refuse in refund.

Please follow our policy and use only "Registered airmail" with tracking number to return any defective or damaged items otherwise return will not be processed.

Cancellations

For cancellations of order, there is a 20% cancellation fee will be issued.
